5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems based on your inputs remains your property, subject to our underlying AI technology and models remaining our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our Service requires payment of fees as outlined in your subscription agreement:

  • All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is due according to the billing cycle selected
  • We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
  • Refunds are provided only as specified in your agreement

7. Data Processing and AI Training

  • We process your data using AI and machine learning technologies but do not use your personal data to train our models.
  • You have the necessary rights to the data you provide
  • AI outputs are provided "as-is" without guarantee of accuracy
  • Human review may be necessary for critical decisions

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFTONTRENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softontrent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for reasons including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
